7. Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, and other designated delivery locations. You may also wish to check with household members or neighbors to see if someone has received the package on your behalf.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us so we can assist you in investigating the delivery status with the carrier.

We may request additional information to help verify the delivery and may contact the shipping carrier for further clarification.

A tracking status marked as "Delivered" will be considered as part of our investigation, but it does not automatically establish that the package was received by the customer. Each case will be reviewed based on the available tracking information, carrier findings, and applicable consumer protection requirements.
